We provide support coverage to our customers 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, including all holidays and weekends. Our system automatically sorts your inquiry and suggests the most adequate channel or channels for assistance based on your support plan. Our general support is provided through ticketing. Our premium SIteCare+ plans may include: – 1-on-1 agent session, live chat (webex), phone, or ticketed support. Response times ared based on the availability and hold times on each channel and the respective teams’ expertise to address your issue with the aim to minimize the problem resolution time.

Hosting platform availability

Our most essential responsibility is to make sure our platform is up and running so that your website is always accessible. That is why when you experience any service downtime, we handle your request with the highest priority. In case our servers and services are up, but your website is down, we may or may not be able to assist depending on the nature of the problem. We will troubleshoot the reported issue and if it is caused by a service or server configuration, we will do our best to resolve it as long as that does not affect the service for other clients. In case there is no server or service issue causing the problem, but your website is not functioning as expected, we will point you to the best way to resolve it since problems directly related to the website itself are not part of our support scope. Examples of such unrelated items include code resulting in errors, conflicts between different system modules, incorrect content, custom site settings resulting in problems, outdated plugins or add-ons, sync issues, and others.

We make sure that all essential server software, client interfaces, and protocols that allow you to interact with our platform and your hosting account such as Apache, PHP, NGINX, FTP, SFTP, SSH, HTTP/2, SMTP, POP3, IMAP, TCP, UDP, Client Area, Site Tools, and other are available and we handle issues related to their normal functioning and settings.

Access to Brandology Pros Account

Naturally, all issues associated with accessing your Client area and control panel will be handled with high priority. Ownership disputes or problems arising from your inability to access the owner’s email trigger strict procedures that aim to protect the integrity of the data stored in the account and may take longer to be resolved since they may require the expertise of several departments such as Customer Care, Legal, and Billing, some of which operate only within regular business hours. Please note that in cases of ownership dispute when after a thorough investigation it turns out that more than one party has a valid claim on the account as per our Terms of Service, the resolution may happen to be outside our expertise and scope of support.

We help you set up your domains to work with our platform and your website by assisting you in case you experience problems related to:

We offer complimentary email services and we assist you when you experience problems with:

Sending and receiving email
Creating and deleting email accounts, including catch-all accounts
Setting up MX, SPF, TXT, SRV records for your email
Setting up email forwarders and autoresponders
Setting up IMAP and POP3 protocols for your email account, clients, apps, or scripts
Spam Experts settings to control spam

We cannot efficiently and adequately assist you with the following under our general scope of support:

Setup or troubleshooting of third-party email clients
Troubleshooting network connections
Composing email messages
Creating email folders in your local mail clients
Importing and exporting .pst/.olm files

Managed WordPress

Brandology Pros offers managed WordPress service, which includes automated installation of WordPress and automatic updates of the WordPress core and free plugins. As part of that service, we also provide basic troubleshooting of WordPress misconfiguration and features, and help ensure that WordPress and its features work correctly in our environment.

Regarding third-party plugins and themes, we help identify issues that occur on the server-side and analyze logs and other errors that could be helpful in addressing them. In some cases, we collaborate with plugin and theme developers to identify and resolve issues caused by a conflict between their software and our infrastructure.

General issues with the WordPress core codebase are outside our scope of support. Issues with plugin/theme functionality; conflicts between plugins, themes, and other parts of the website; misbehavior of custom code and other WordPress problems not related to our servers’ configurations are outside of our scope of support. In most of these cases, we strongly advise reaching out to our development team, the software provider, or the author to help with these elements of your site.

Database Management

We offer tools for database management and we will assist you if you encounter problems using those tools. We cannot assist you with slow MySQL queries, large databases, and tables, broken tables, database optimization, or other management as these services require the specialized attention of our web development team.

Website Performance

We ensure that all our services are performing in the best possible way for optimal website performance. However, assisting with performance issues of a particular site caused by slow PHP code or SQL queries that require optimization and development work is outside the scope of our general support. In such cases we recommend you to reach our to our development team or one with experience in performance optimization. Our team may give you suggestions and tips, if applicable, including the use of our performance plugins, CDN integration, or other out-of-the-box solutions available on our platform.

Security And Hacked Accounts

In case there is a problem arising from our maintenance of the server security such as exploits in the Apache, PHP, MySQL, or other server software, we take care to fix and resolve the issue until we restore your site to its normal functioning. However, accounts and websites hacked due to weak or leaked passwords, old website software, malware, or others that are under the full control of the account owner are not catered to. We advise you to restore from backup, contact malware cleanup professionals and start running regular malware audits.

Regular updates on changes to social media platforms that might affect campaigns.

Platform-Specific Support

Providing guidance on how to use features specific to platforms like Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, etc.

Excess Usage

Our system keeps track of all your support inquiries and calculates statistical averages. In case it detects an exceedingly high usage compared to the averages of similarly situated customers for the same period, it may streamline your support interactions with the purpose of improving the quality and efficiency of the support delivered.

Paid Support

For some technical support requests, which are outside our free technical support scope, we may be able to offer a paid support service. To ensure transparency and consistency in managing our website hosting and technical service plans, Brandology Pros has established the following policies regarding billing failures, service renewals, and associated penalties.

Service Renewal

Technical services are set to automatically renew based on the interval the client has selected for each service. Recurring plans are required to be renewed on their set renewal term date to maintain uninterrupted service.

Renewal reminder notifications will be sent via email 3, 2, and 1 day(s) before the service renewal date to the account email on-file for your service.

Upgrading/Downgrading Service Plans

Services may be upgraded or downgraded for any of our technical service plans from the My Account dashboard (login required). Services may not be modified within (3) days of starting, upgrading, downgrading, or renewing an active service plan.

To cancel a renewing service plan, go to My Account > Subscriptions to select your plan and submit cancellation.

Failed Renewal Payments

In the event of a payment failure during the renewal process, Brandology Pros will attempt to automatically renew services for a period of (7) days. After (30) days of first failed renewal, all digital assets for this service record will be ejected.

Beyond 30 days	After 30 days without renewal, all client data will be permanently deleted from our servers, and recovery will not be possible.

Digital Asset Redirection

For suspended renewing technical services, a temporary webpage may be displayed indicating that the digital asset is temporarily unavailable. Clients will find payment restoration options on this page.

Late Fees

Late Fee- $25

A late fee of $25 will be applied to accounts that have not cleared payment by the end of the grace period. This fee is non-negotiable and will be added to the total outstanding balance due for service renewal.

Reconnection Fee- $100

A reconnection fee of $100 will be applied to accounts that have not cleared payment by the 24th hour after the first failed renewal. This fee is non-negotiable and will be added to the total outstanding balance due for service renewal.

Staging Fee - $50

A staging fee of $50 will be applied to accounts that have not cleared payment by the end of the 7th day since the first failed renewal. This fee is non-negotiable and will be added to the total outstanding balance due for service renewal.

Service Suspension and Reconnection

Services will be suspended if payment is not received within 24 hours of the first failed renewal. During suspension, clients will not have access to the hosted services or other digital asset.
To reactivate suspended services, clients must clear all outstanding balances, including any late fees. A reconnection fee of $100will also be applied. Services will be restored within 24 hours of payment clearance, but full propagation could take up to 72 hours.

Non-Renewal and Service Termination

If a client chooses not to renew their service plan and does not communicate this decision:

30 Days Post-Expiration: Data held on our servers will be retained for 30 days after the service expiration date. Clients can still renew during this period by paying the outstanding balance and a reactivation fee of $100, and a staging fee of $50.
Beyond 30 Days: After 30 days without renewal, all client data will be permanently deleted from our servers, and recovery will not be possible.

Other Penalties

Any additional services requested to manage suspended accounts or to recover data post-suspension may incur additional fees based on the complexity and urgency of the task.

Communication

Brandology Pros encourages open communication with our clients regarding billing issues or potential service interruptions. Clients are urged to contact our billing team promptly if they anticipate payment difficulties.

By subscribing to our services, clients agree to these terms and conditions. It is the responsibility of each client to remain informed about their renewal dates and ensure timely payments to avoid disruptions.

Do I need all of these apps?

No, you do not need every application to complete a project with our team. However, at some point throughout your project, each app may be used. Ask your developer if you have a question about specific apps.

Which devices should I download apps?

Since connectivity is crucial to our project timing, we recommend downloading the project apps on every device you plan to manage your brand from.

Should I create usernames and login?

No, please do not attempt signing into any of the apps for the first time. In your upcoming onboarding session our team will guide you through curating accounts for each application.

Regular License

The low-down! The nuts and bolts of this license

1.The Regular License grants you, the purchaser, an ongoing, non-exclusive, worldwide license to make use of the digital work (Item) you have selected. Read the rest of this license for the details that apply to your use of the Item, as well as the FAQs (which form part of this license).
2.You are licensed to use the Item to create one single End Product for yourself or for one client (a “single application”), and the End Product can be distributed for Free.
3.An End Product is one of the following things, both requiring an application of skill and effort.
- (a)For an Item that is a template, the End Product is a customised implementation of the Item.
  For example: the item is a website theme and the end product is the final website customised with your content.
- (b)For other types of Item, an End Product is a work that incorporates the Item as well as other things, so that it is larger in scope and different in nature than the Item.
  For example: the item is a button graphic and the end product is a website. See the FAQs for examples and information about End Products and the single application requirement.

Go for it! Things you can do with the Item

4.You can create one End Product for a client, and you can transfer that single End Product to your client for any fee. This license is then transferred to your client.
5.You can make any number of copies of the single End Product, as long as the End Product is distributed for Free.
6.You can modify or manipulate the Item. You can combine the Item with other works and make a derivative work from it. The resulting works are subject to the terms of this license. You can do these things as long as the End Product you then create is one that’s permitted under clause 3.
For example: You can license a flyer template, include your own photos, modify the layout and get it printed to promote your event.

Whoa there! Things you can’t do with the item

7.You can’t Sell the End Product, except to one client. (If you or your client want to Sell the End Product, you will need the Extended License.)
8.You can’t re-distribute the Item as stock, in a tool or template, or with source files. You can’t do this with an Item either on its own or bundled with other items, and even if you modify the Item. You can’t re-distribute or make available the Item as-is or with superficial modifications. These things are not allowed even if the re-distribution is for Free.
If you’re an Envato author you can use other items in your item’s preview without a license, under conditions. See the author licensing FAQs.
For example: You can’t purchase an HTML template, convert it to a WordPress theme and sell or give it to more than one client. You can’t license an item and then make it available as-is on your website for your users to download.
9.You can’t use the Item in any application allowing an end user to customise a digital or physical product to their specific needs, such as an “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” application. You can use the Item in this way only if you purchase a separate license for each final product incorporating the Item that is created using the application.
Examples of “on demand”, “made to order” or “build it yourself” applications: website builders, “create your own” slideshow apps, and e-card generators. You will need one license for each product created by a customer, or contact us at Help Center to discuss.
10.Although you can modify the Item and therefore delete unwanted components before creating your single End Product, you can’t extract and use a single component of an Item on a stand-alone basis.
For example: You license a website theme containing icons. You can delete unwanted icons from the theme. But you can’t extract an icon to use outside of the theme.
11.You must not permit an end user of the End Product to extract the Item and use it separately from the End Product.
12.You can’t use an Item in a logo, trademark, or service mark.

The nitty gritty! Other license terms

13.For some Items, a component of the Item will be sourced by the author from elsewhere and different license terms may apply to the component, such as someone else’s license or an open source or creative commons license. If so, the component will be identified by the author in the Item’s description page or in the Item’s downloaded files. The other license will apply to that component instead of this license. This license will apply to the rest of the Item.
For example: A theme might contain images licensed under a Creative Commons CCBY license. The CCBY license applies to those specific images. This license applies to the rest of the theme.
14.For some items, a GNU General Public License (GPL) or another open source license applies. The open source license applies in the following ways:
- (a)Some Items, even if entirely created by the author, may be partially subject to the open source license: a ‘split license’ applies. This means that the open source license applies to an extent that’s determined by the open source license terms and the nature of the Item, and this license applies to the rest of the Item.
  Split and other open source licensing is relevant for themes and plug-ins for WordPress and other open source platforms. Where split licensing applies, this is noted in the Item’s download files: for more information, see this Help Center article
- (b)For some Items, the author may have chosen to apply a GPL license to the entire Item. This means that the relevant GPL license will apply to the entire Item instead of this license.
  Where an Item is entirely under a GPL license, it will be identified as a GPL item and the license noted in the download files: for more information see the FAQs
15.You can only use the Item for lawful purposes. Also, if an Item contains an image of a person, even if the Item is model-released you can’t use it in a way that creates a fake identity, implies personal endorsement of a product by the person, or in a way that is defamatory, obscene or demeaning, or in connection with sensitive subjects.

16.Items that contain digital versions of real products, trademarks or other intellectual property owned by others have not been property released. These Items are licensed on the basis of editorial use only. 17.This license applies in conjunction with the Envato Market Terms for your use of Envato Market. If there is an inconsistency between this license and the Envato Market Terms, this license will apply to the extent necessary to resolve the inconsistency.
18.This license can be terminated if you breach it. If that happens, you must stop making copies of or distributing the End Product until you remove the Item from it.
